They charged me for a gallon of gas. It was completely filled. I feel ripped off. Will not rent again with this company. Also. I tried to get receipt when I dropped off. Attendant didn’t know how to log in. Very unprofessional.

Agents at airport counter did not want to honor my luxury SUV category status that I rented. They tried to trade me down to a midsize SUV despite my reservation booking clearly stating luxury SUV. I had paid more for it! We ended up getting what we had reserved but it seemed to me they tried to take the easy route and switch on us. This was my only complaint. Everything else was very good.

I went to pick up the car at my scheduled time, they said if you want to wait we have to wash and clean the car or you can take this other car. I did not want to wait so I took with cigarette burn holes and half a tank of gas in it car. When I got to me destination 4 hours away it seemed like it was running funny. On friday I broke down at a gas station and after waiting 2 hours for a tow truck that never caim and I had to call again and they said another 1/2 hour which they said I would need to talk to my local rep to discuss the fee for the service. The Enterprise rep did not offer to swap out the car but only if I broke down again while driving back home at night 4 hours away! I had someone help me and got me on the road. I was supposed to drop off the car on Saturday but I did not want to chance it not starting again so I dropped it off in the middle of the night on Friday with a note . No call from the Local Enterprise to discuss all that happened!

Enterprise made everything easy, from checking in, picking up the car and dropping it off. I went through Priceline and chose Enterprise. I saved a lot of money doing that. Also, we picked up our car at a local airport, even though we were not flying anywhere. That brought the price down as well. Enterprise is always my preferred rental car company.
