Fair Warning: Avoid this company! When I showed up, they refused to rent the car to me unless I produced a written copy of my insurance or purchased a $700 insurance policy from them. I had already purchased insurance from an independent company, but there was never any notification that I needed to bring proof in a certified paper document. When I asserted that my Citbank credit card also provided rental car insurance as a backup, they refused that as well. My $200 booking turned into a $900 booking, and I was stuck paying for it because I was now off-airport at their site and had no easy way to get back to the airport to rent something else. This was a scam if ever I saw one.

We rented a car for a month, and originally were quite happy with the deal we got. However, when we showed up, we were informed that we needed to purchase car insurance that wasn't part of the original quote, and the price of that insurance more than doubled the total rental cost. Not a great way to start a trip...

Pros:Ride back to the airport was efficient

Cons:Complete bait and switch -- the rental fee online was $169 for 8 days, which seemed great. In the fine print, they said there may be additional required insured. When I got to the counter, I was told that I needed to pay an additional $225 for the cheapest "required" insurance. Then they took a $1,200 deposit. Also, this is off-site and it's a little hard to find the van to the location.
