The sales associate was very professional. I reserved my rental online so he explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. I didnt even have to wait in line when dropping of the rental i used the drop box🙂 I will definitely be using Dollar rental again!

Rent the car but needed to cancel. My son is deployed and they keep changing his return home. I rented a car but due to his change of plans I needed to cancel. I’ve been talking to representative after representative and no one will give me my money back. So the company sucks for assisting military families.

When I arrived at the airport they informed me that since I was 2 hours overdue that they gave my car away. All cars were rented and I was stranded. Pretty much the worst experience I have had with a car rental company. I now need a refund.
