I booked a car online, only to be told by the local location that they didn't actually have any car for me. "Then why could I book it online?" I asked. "Oh, the system never shuts off, even when we're booked out," the agent tells me. ??!

The drop-off location given at O'Hare was completely wrong, ended up having to drive the wrong way down a one way road to get out of a blocked off car park. Would have been helpful to know it is just the regular airport drop off not the address provided

It would have been great if the place was actually open at the time I reserved my car. I arrived at noon to a car pick up for noon and no one was around. When I called Budget no one was able to assist in any way and I had to find a random way to get to my destination.
