The drop off procedure was irregular. I asked if the office was going to be opened and they said yes. When I arrived that office was closed, no one gave me my vouchers or papers that proved that the condition of the car or gas level was according to AVIS expectations. One day later I had to call and asked for my contract to be formally closed.

I did my reservation online through Kayak and received a confirmation. I checked in online and then arrived at the location, to find out they did not have the vehicle I requested or any vehicles period. I had to request a ride back to where I was staying, and hesitantly they agreed to drop me off. They did not attempt to find a solution to the problem at all. They simply (politely, but directly) stated they had no vehicles and could do nothing about it.
